The PTA cordially invites you to this year’s Annual Art Auction!

Thank you, parents, for supporting The Clifton School.  The PTA is thrilled to host this year’s auction back at the incredible Zone of Light Studios located less than a mile from the Clifton Road TCS campus.  Auction funds are used to support improvements that would otherwise be unavailable and in the past have included playground equipment, building of the Clifton Site library, vegetable steamers for the kitchens, and new computers!

Brand new for this year, The PTA is excited to raffle a Big Green Egg Grill! That’s right, this year you can purchase tickets to win the best grill on the market! This is the real deal, and you can grill 12 hamburgers, 8 steaks, 7 racks of ribs, or smoke a 20-lb turkey!

We’re also keeping with our favorite auction traditions, too!  As always, we will have two components to the auction: our silent auction and our live art auction.  During the silent auction, attendees will bid on themed baskets donated by each classroom as well as items from local restaurants and businesses.  Items will be paid for at checkout (cash, check or credit card).  During the live auction, attendees will bid competitively on art projects created by the TCS students and teachers.  We typically begin the auction around 7:30 and will go in age order – infant classes first, ending with pre-K. You will receive a bid paddle at check in and will pay for any purchases at check out (cash, check or credit card).

Additionally, the PTA has again partnered with TCS teachers to offer childcare during the auction.  Parents can drop off their children at the Clairmont TCS campus beginning at 5:30 p.m. the night of the auction and they must be picked up by 10:00 p.m.  The cost is $15 for the first child and $10 for any additional children. You must purchase a ticket to the auction to use the childcare.

Save the hassle of parking! There will be a shuttle running from the Clairmont Campus to Zone of Light studio and back at the end of the night.
